NEWSFLASH!!  We're thrilled to announce our retreat emcee:  Rebecca Worl, Cedarcreek Covenant Church.  Rebecca will also lead a seminar geared for young adults (or young at heart!) and teens called, "I kissed dating hello"

WELCOME to the annual North Pacific Conference Women Ministries (NPC WM) Women's Retreat!!  Our goal is to provide spiritual refreshment in the natural beauty of Cascades Camp and Conference Center.  What an incredible place to make caring connections with other women and to affirm (or begin!) your relationship with Jesus Christ.

We are excited for you to meet our special speaker, Toni Schwabe, former director of Women Ministries, Northwest Conference, Evangelical Covenant Church.  Toni is currently a seminary student and has an appealing passion for seeing women excel in the Lord and be women of the Word.  Her energetic and humorous style of teaching will challenge us to examine how we can reach the potential God has in mind for each one of us.

The Retreat is also privileged to welcome a gifted Worship Leader, Sheila Blackwell, and the inspiring worship team from Emerald City Bible Fellowship in Seattle.  Sheila has performed in the Black Nativity at Intiman theatre for two seasons and has performed vocally in in various venues in Seattle.

Our dynamic missionary speaker is Margie Swenson, who served in Colombia and Ecuador and is now co-director with her husband of Missionary Personnel, Chicago.

The Saturday seminars and activities are geared to a variety of interests, from horsback riding and the rockin Rubicon course (after which you may need the $1 per minute massage option) to the compelling anti-human trafficking seminar with a Justice Advocate from International Justice Mission. Check out the website for a complete list and description of the Saturday Seminars and activities, such as "ministering with the disabled," "Biblical keys for successful parenting," "Storytelling - learn a way to connect with the past with a lesson for the future."

NOTE: our new new feature, the RE-NEW Fashion Show, will take place on FRIDAY nite (was Sat) - take the $20 Challenge and buy an entire thrift shop outfit to model in this creative fashion show - can you do it?  See the WM website for guidelines. www.npc-cwm.org

We know the economy is tight for you too so we hope you can take advantage of this continued low rate, we won't be able to keep it next year.  Please note that we love moms and they are welcome to bring only nursing infants to Retreat - infant childcare is available during speaker sessions only.

NPC Women Ministries is part of the Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC) denomination, but you do not need to belong to the ECC to join us for a wonderful weekend!
